		<description>I think a science concept would work very well both in a restaurant and a bar setting - not only among scientists. Just think of how fascinated people are liquid nitrogen used in top restaurants nowadays. If the waiters and waitresses knew some chemistry and physics things could be really interesting - they could do small experiments at the tables. It would be like a science museum with experiments you could eat. But I think it would be a good idea to leave the word &quot;gastronomy&quot; out of such a setting though.</description>
